I booted Knoppix for the first time today. It's the coolest thing I've seen since the iPod first came out. For those of you with no clue what I'm talking about it's an operating system on a CD, based off of Linux. This means that your computer won't load Windows, but instead will boot into Knoppix. I'm not going to recommend it for those of you who aren't very computer savy but if you are go ahead and enjoy. I was the happiest to see that it auto-detected all my hardware right away and I was up in running in seconds. Hip-hip hurray for Knoppix.
