Cinncinati is bracing itself once again to get ready for a masive Cicada invasion from underneath. Apparently in 1987 (I was six months old at the time so I have no memory) they had a large invasion of cicadas that had been underground growing for 17 years. Well it's been 17 years again and the cicadas are ready to come out in full force, all 5 billion of them.
