What exactly are we trying to accomplish in Iraq right now? I've reached a state of confusion in the past few days over what exactly is going on over there. We got rid of Saddam, we're rounding up the other "bad guys", and now what is the goal? I'm sure I'm about to labeled one of those communist unpatriotic insensitive clods now, but that's just something I'll have to deal with for asking a question about the war. Of course I don't feel that's true at all, nor do I feel that it's fair to label anyone who doesn't support the war as un-patriotic or a communist or whatever term they're labeling them now-a-days. So yes, someone with insight please fill me in.
