AudioScrobbler

AudioScrobbler, a service I previously previewed/reviewed and said I would come back has definitely made a positive impression on me. The ability to see which bands I listen to the most and the least is an interesting feature, that I normally can't get (iTunes gives me individual song counts). The ability to then view what songs users are listening to by that band/group/singer allows me to see if I've left a stone unturned. Another positive feature is that while iTunes currently tracks all the songs I'm listening to and how many times I've listend to them on each computer I use, with AudioScrobbler I can have all those stats compiled in one online database that is shareable with you. They've recently improved the efficiency of their submission process, which has created almost instant database updating. Overall I highly recommend getting an AudioScrobbler plugin for whichever program you use and giving it a test of how it works.
