Candy Theft

It's good to know that Janesville possesses fine enough individuals to steal candy from little children on Halloween. It's better yet that I know people that are friends of one of them. I'm not sure that these two geniuses should be facing tons of prison time, but I would sure love to see them punished.. a lot. Here is the story from the Janesville Gazette.
