Oven Toasted Subway

Prior to engaging in the mini-LAN action that took place at my house today I ventured out to Subway to get food for Garrick and myself. As always this means pizza subs on white bread, yummy! I was standing in Subway all alone ordering when BAM right in front of me, where the microwave should have been, was an oven. It said something to the effect of super fast turbo heating awesome oven toasting machine. You know, something similar to that. I had to try it.

Due to the fact that I had to use a crazy coupon 6-inch sub trick to get the best deal I had the option of getting half of my 12-inch pizza sub oven toasted. I couldn't resist. I arrived home just minutes later, whipped that baby out, and ate it. Wow, it was marginally average. It sure tasted more like Quizno's Subs, but I'm not sure aobut the pizza sub effect. With that said the other half of my sandwich wasn't as good as it usually is due to a lack of sauce. Which leads me to one conclusion. I need to try it again. I know where I'm going to eat next week, do you?
