Paint.NET

For those of you that are long-time fans of Microsoft Paint, myself included in that group, there is a version out that takes advantage of the .NET Framework. Paint.NET was created by students from Washington State University and is a turbo-charged version of the original Microsoft Paint. After just a few minutes of using it I was quite impressed.
