Run A Company From A Coffee House

Wired reports Delicious Monster is the Mac software company behind the hit Delicious Library, a program for cataloging collections of books, movies and games. The software is selling like hot cakes and has garnered rave reviews and awards, yet the company's headquarters is a Seattle coffee house. I am impressed to say the least, that and inspired. Definitely would be interesting to see more companies run this way.

There is more to the deal than you know about. They get a 20 percent stake and 1.75 billion in cash plus they're going to be become the defacto standard in the fastest growing PC market. That 20 percent share is just going to keep increasing in balance. Plus they said the division has strugglede to turn a profit in the United States for the past three years.

On a side note, I have no idea how your comment related to my post about running a company from a coffee house.

I have no problem with you really leaving the topic. Any discussion is welcome, you're right it did deal with business, which made it along the same line.
