Say No Jim Doyle
Dear Jim Doyle,
It appears that you, the governor of my home state of Wisconsin, are up to thinking of ways to raise money (and you should be). This one however appears to be a pretty bad one, a sales tax on Internet downloads. The tax would be a completely voluntary 5%. It's almost as scary as a per e-mail message tax. Please stop here Jim Doyle, this is not a good tax. Others out there are agreeing with me. Let's do things like tax those that are dodging taxes (the wealthy) and develop some more casinos along our borders (think tourism + tax money).
