Well cause some people pay extra for more channels, so they just cover everyone instead of selecting a few people who pay.

Interesting. Most people on campus do not get a bill. I have not ever in either room I lived in. It is funny because it increases their overhead forcing higher expenses-causing others to make up the rates. As small as this mailing error is, if it is done at say 25% of campus at 27 cents bulk rate mail, that will add up quick. Toss in the potential of the same thing happening at MU and UWM, and the unnecessary monthly expenses from billing add up.
