Google to Buy Facebook

Is Google going to buy the Facebook? As previously mentioned here, the Facebook is on the block for what appears to be $2 billion. It appears Google is selling $2 billion in stock. Are they going to use that cash to acquire the social networking giant? It would certainly make a good match with the Google Ad programs, however I can't imagine anyone is actually going to click on those ads. So is that match in the long run actually good for Google? Probably not.
