Chase to the Playoffs: Bucks Trounce Pacers
The Milwaukee Bucks trounced the Indiana Pacers last night in a great all-around showing. The Bucks set an NBA record by turning the ball over only twice, besting three turnovers, which had been done seven times. Redd was hot, he dropped in 39 points (including 20 in the third quarter alone). Andrew Bogut played a real good game and showed some tenacity in his battle with Jermaine O'Neill. Bogut is going to be a great player in the coming years as long as his energy and desire stay high.
This win was absoultely huge as it gives the Bucks a game and a half of seperation between the Indiana Pacers in the playoff race (6th and 7th seeds). It also puts the Bucks only a half game back of the 5th seed Washington Wizards. The Bucks will face the Wizards twice in their final nine games. As long as both teams maintain their current positions, those games will be the showdown for who gets the 5th seed in the East and gets to play the Lebron and the Cavs and who gets the 6th seed and has to play Vince Carter, Jason Kidd, and the Nets.
