Republicans Can't Challenge Kohl

The Democrats have at least one safe seat in the upcoming mid-term elections. Senator Herb Kohl of Wisconsin will go virtually unchallenged in the fall, as the Republicans have failed to find and fund a candidate who actually had a fighting chance of beating Kohl.

Does this mean my beloved Milwaukee Bucks will play better because Kohl will have more time on his hands (Kohl owns the Bucks)? I hope not. I expect to see Herb Kohl visiting every county in the state and attempting to connect with the people.
