Scoble Explains Dell's Problems

Robert Scoble has an excellent post on why Dell is having trouble in the market right now. He draws a lot of comparisons to Apple, which is now just another Windows OEM with the advant of Windows on a Mac.

I've had my own problems with Dell in the past and recommend to people to buy anything but a Dell.

Dell now is blogging, in an attempt to get "direct conversations" with the customer, which hopefully will spur some kind "oh, maybe we are terrible at this" turn-around in customer service and certain brand strategies. Wait and see, I guess.

In the mean time, dude you're getting an HP (or Gateway, eMachine, Apple, etc).
