Berbee Sold to CDW
Berbee, a suburban Madison based-company, has been sold.
Berbee Information Networks Corp., Fitchburg, is being sold to CDW Corp. for $175 million in cash in a deal company executives and industry observers said Monday will boost employment at the Wisconsin company. Rest of the story.
