Monetizing YouTube

A VC has some thoughts and numbers on how monetizing YouTube with ten second intro ads is going to work.  I think he's probably right.

Instead of buying your tv shows from iTunes, is the future of TV watching non-fast-forwardable ads on YouTube coupled with licensed content?  I would rather see that advertising model over the method of buying stuff on iTunes.
