Wisconsinites, the music needs you. As you're probably not aware, there is serious changes coming in regard to rising the fees that online radio stations must pay. This would essentially kill services like Pandora, something you've certainly come to know and love.

I have posted on this topic before, and Pandora has an explanation up themselves.

Call Herb Kohl (202-224-5653) before the hearing tomorrow, it takes about 20 seconds, and let him know that you wish the decision to be overturned by Congress.
